可以想像嗎？始自一間12平方米的南美短鯛繁殖場，然後擴大規模展轉至非洲三湖慈鯛的繁殖，如今在中國廣州南沙區再雄圖躍進成至今成為20萬平方米、120位員工、6500座魚缸、2300座魚池，所有步道(含魚池與魚池間的通行步道)約40公里規模的魚場。這座繁殖場有三期工程建設，現階段的規模只完成第一期，剩下兩期的工程持續營造中，原因是不外乎銷售量，雖有約210種物種的繁殖，年產量已達2億尾(各物種的繁殖總量)，由於內需市場的擴增，仍供不應求。
也許你會說我在瞎講，許多事的成功，是在觀念間的轉變。以前的主力是如短鯛、明星非洲三湖慈鯛的中、高階物種，但如今的主力已轉變成市場通銷貨的米蝦，小型魚如四間魚等等..這些大宗貨的通銷性變成”巨量”銷售的代名詞，舉例來說，一位東北客戶對各式米蝦的一次下單量可達13萬尾，這只是其中一案列，不代表其它的訂單比這多或少，無論是小型魚或米蝦的單筆訂單量有時達上萬尾，這些隻數的出貨量難到是人工計算?當然不是，取代的是花了許多時間、金錢、設計心思去找專業公司製造，n次bug的修正後所成的科技產品。
當然，這座南沙的規模繁殖場在國内市場已愈臻成熟之際，已經開始思索外銷世界各國的想法，我們且拭目以待，並期待它的成功!
Can you imagine? It started from a 12-square-meter South American dwarf cichlid breeding fm and expanded to breeding African cichlids from the 3 Lakes. Now, it has evolved into a 200,000-square-meter facility in Nansha, Guangzhou, employing 120 staff, with 6,500 fish tanks and 2,300 fish pools, and pathways totaling about 40 kilometers. This breeding farm has three phases of construction; currently, only the first phase is completed, with the remaining two phases ongoing due to sales volume. Despite breeding around 210 species, the annual production has reached 200 million fry, yet demand still exceeds supply due to the expanding domestic market.
You might think I’m exaggerating, but many successes stem from shifts in mindset. Previously, the focus was on mid-to-high-end species like cichlids, but now the emphasis has shifted to commercially viable species like shrimp and small species fish. For instance, a client from Northeast China can place an order for up to 130,000 shrimp at once. These large orders are facilitated by advanced technology developed through significant investment and much timing.
As this Nansha breeding facility matures in the domestic market, thoughts of exporting to countries worldwide are beginning to take shape, and we look forward to its success.
